I first got the idea to make this dress when I wanted to dress up as Bjork for Halloween one year. I came up with the design for the dress and made it out of some cotton fabric and lots and lots of tulle!
Over a year later when I was getting ready to leave the US for Japan for a few months, I decided to sell the dress since I didn't have any use for it any more. It sold quickly on Etsy and ever since I have been receiving many requests to make custom ones. I have been making custom swan dresses for the past year and decided to open up a store just for them.
